Been there done that. I have a pretty mean scar on my ankle from hitting the rocks when jumping. I didn't realize how much I was bleeding until I finally got out of the water. I am sure I had some curious sharks around me :$

Ouch... reminds me of Hurricane Gustav when John Nava was swept off the jetties at Packery... easy 100 yards across the rocks...

have been there and done that also, if not for my board I would have had a mean gash and mabey broken bone, cut into ny board about 2" and about 4-5" long. low tide is killer because of shelf at bottom of 45 deg.
